A request, quote or checkout session does not by itself guarantee vehicle availability. A booking becomes confirmed when the required payment or deposit has been accepted and Teranga Airport Transfer has issued the corresponding booking confirmation.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, flight, passenger, luggage and contact information. Please notify us promptly if these details change.

Airport-transfer prices shown in the booking flow are calculated from the current route, vehicle and selected options and are verified again at checkout. The final amount displayed before payment is the amount applicable to that booking unless you accept a later price change.

Car rental, private chauffeur and custom itineraries may be quoted separately. The written quote confirms what is included, the rental or service period, any deposit, delivery charge, mileage rule or other applicable condition before payment.

• Card, Wave and Orange Money may be offered when available.
• Provider authorization or payment status must be successfully confirmed before a payment is treated as completed.

For airport pickups, provide a correct flight number whenever possible. We may monitor published flight information and operational updates to coordinate the pickup, but airline and airport data can change or be unavailable.

Meeting instructions are normally provided before pickup. Delays, additional waiting or itinerary changes outside the confirmed service may require operational confirmation or an additional charge where applicable.

Self-drive rental is available subject to vehicle availability and the rental conditions confirmed for the selected vehicle. Before payment or handover, the customer receives the applicable rate, required documents, deposit, insurance/franchise conditions, authorized driver rules and pickup/return conditions.

The renter and any authorized driver must comply with Senegalese law, use the vehicle responsibly and return it in the agreed condition and at the agreed time. Vehicle-specific terms supplied with the rental take priority where they are more specific than these general terms.

Private chauffeur, car-with-driver, day-trip and custom services are confirmed according to the agreed vehicle, service window and itinerary. Material changes to duration, route or required vehicle may require a revised quote.

Customers must provide truthful booking information, respect passenger and luggage capacity, follow safety instructions and avoid unlawful, dangerous or abusive conduct. Teranga Airport Transfer may refuse or stop a service where continuing would create a safety or legal risk.

Airport transfers may be cancelled without a cancellation charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, subject to the Cancellation Policy. Car rental, chauffeur and custom services may have different deposit and cancellation rules stated in the written quote or rental agreement.

Traffic, weather, road closures, airport restrictions, airline changes, accidents, government measures and other events outside reasonable control may affect timing or vehicle assignment. When necessary, we may offer a reasonably equivalent replacement vehicle or another practical solution, subject to availability.
