• For self-drive rental, additional driver identity, licence and rental-condition information may be required before vehicle handover.
• Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored as raw card data by Teranga Airport Transfer.

We use personal information to calculate quotes, create and manage bookings, coordinate drivers or vehicle handover, process and reconcile payments, send confirmations and service messages, prevent fraud or abuse, provide support and meet legal/accounting obligations.

We may share only the information necessary with infrastructure, database, email, payment and operational providers that help deliver the requested service. Payment providers receive the information required to authorize or reconcile a transaction. Assigned drivers or rental operations staff receive the trip or handover details needed to perform the service.

We use access controls, server-side payment verification and restricted database policies designed to limit access to booking and payment information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so we also limit the information exposed through public pages and APIs.

Booking, payment and accounting records may be retained for the period needed to provide the service, handle disputes, prevent fraud and satisfy legal or tax obligations. Information that is no longer required should be deleted or anonymized when reasonably possible.

You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with your booking, request correction of inaccurate contact details, or ask about deletion where retention is not legally or operationally required.
