One transfer or a recurring programme?
Both. Book a single airport–hotel road transfer or request a programme for regular rotations. We serve Dakar Blaise Diagne International Airport (DSS / AIBD) on the public side; this is not airside ground handling.
How do we book and pay?
Choose your route and category, then enter crew, luggage and pickup details. The system checks capacity and calculates your quote before the existing secure checkout. The final total and available payment methods are shown before you confirm.
How do framework agreements work?
Send your rotation dates, hotels, counts and requirements. The written quote must define vehicle, inclusions, availability, waiting arrangements, payment and cancellation terms. A request is not an accepted contract or confirmed dispatch.
Which vehicle fits our crew and bags?
Use both limits shown on each category card. Seats do not imply the same luggage capacity. A category remains visible when incompatible, with the reason shown. Oversized equipment, unknown capacity or larger groups need a tailored quote.
What if our flight is delayed?
Provide the flight number to help our team follow arrival and coordinate pickup. Tell us promptly about changes. Your booked pickup time is separate from landing time; waiting and schedule adjustments follow the terms agreed for your booking or programme.
Where do we meet at the airport?
After baggage collection and customs, follow the meeting instructions supplied for your confirmed transfer. The usual greeting is in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing the booking contact’s name. If you cannot find the driver, contact support using your confirmation.
Can we change or cancel a booking?
Use booking management with the reference and verified email, or contact our team. Date, category and option changes require review of availability, price and applicable terms. A submitted change request is not automatic acceptance, cancellation or a refund.
What does the company workspace include?
Linked company users can prepare movements with dates, flights and hotels, review a list or calendar, and retrieve linked bookings, quotes and issued invoices. Drafts and requests are distinct from confirmed transfers. Access requires an approved company membership; the public planning example is fictional.
